Record your steps by using your pedometer / fitness tracker and log the details each day and/or week.

Competition begins Monday 11th of May.

Record your of steps within 5 days of the week finishing.
Steps recorded out side the allocated time frame for each day/week will not be calculated into the totals.

TO BE IN THE RUNNING FOR PRIZES – A SCREEN SHOT FROM YOUR FITNESS TRACKERS WEBPAGE MUST BE SUBMITTED SHOWING TOTAL STEPS AND THE DATE RANGE.
